Driving Directions: Take Highway 93 North from Golden one mile to Golden Gate Canyon Road. Go left (West) 15 miles to the park. The 15 mile drive is winds around quite a bit, you won't get to go fast. Go right after buying your daily pass down to the Frazer Meadow parking lot (couple of miles, on the left).
Favorite Path: Start on the Horseshoe path, to the Mule Deer path, up the long nasty climb, then down into the Forgotten Valley on the Buffalo path, with a climb out back to the parking lot.
Area Details: Excellent singletrack. This area is also frequented by horseback riders as well as hikers and hunters. There is an extensive trail system that can offer either long climbs or just cruising through meadows, it can be as hard or easy as you like.
